By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using any services provided by Elegant Expressions Beauty & Styles Salon ("the Salon", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services, both in-person and digital.

Salon Services

Elegant Expressions Beauty & Styles Salon offers professional hair care services including but not limited to:

• Hair styling, cuts, and coloring
• Natural hair care and treatments
• Extensions and protective styles
• Locs, braids, and specialty services
• Kids hair care services

All services are performed by licensed professionals. Results may vary based on individual hair type, condition, and history. We reserve the right to decline service if it may cause damage to the client's hair or if the requested service is beyond our current capabilities.

Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and ask that you respect ours. The following policies apply to all appointments:

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or through our AI assistant Grace.
• Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
• No-shows: Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.
• Deposits: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Payments & Refunds

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payments are processed securely through Square.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Service fees are due at time of service completion.
• Refunds are not issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please speak with us immediately so we can make it right.
• Gift cards and promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Client Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a welcoming and respectful environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who:

• Is disrespectful, abusive, or threatening to staff or other clients
• Arrives under the influence of alcohol or substances
• Engages in any behavior that disrupts salon operations

Children are welcome in the salon when accompanied by a responsible adult and kept supervised at all times.

Digital Services & AI Tools

Elegant Expressions uses AI-powered tools, including our virtual assistant Grace, to enhance your experience. By interacting with these tools, you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are automated and may not always be perfectly accurate.
• Booking confirmations made through AI are subject to stylist availability.
• Our digital tools connect with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms to provide better service.
• You consent to receiving automated appointment reminders and follow-up messages if you provide your contact information.
• You may opt out of automated communications at any time by contacting us directly.

Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide — including your name, contact details, and service history — is used solely to provide and improve our services.

Limitation of Liability

Elegant Expressions Beauty & Styles Salon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings left on the premises. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
